I hope you and your colleagues were all aware of the splendid contribution which you made to that service. Both the Queen and the Duke of Edinburgh expressed considerable pleasure in the quality of the music and many others have commented to me on the tremendous thrill which the brass playing gave to the various points in the service. Launches – Cruise Liner Naming Ceremony for the Liner Constellation in Barcelona, Ford Fiesta, Jaguar S Type and Saab.

Roy Bilham…. Has played with a small orchestra at Her Majesty’s Tower of London of which HRH Princess Royal was the main guest. This is an engagement that he has carried out for many years and the main highlight of the evening is his rendering of the Post Horn Gallop which always is received with great enthusiasm from everyone. Livery Company Banquets – British Bankers Association, Zurich Guild, Pattenmakers, Lightmongers, Founders, Loriners, Basketmakers and Gold & Silver Wyre Drawers to name but a few.

November 2011….. I need hardly say that your contribution to the undoubted success of the event at Plaisterers’ Hall was immense and made a huge impact on the Swiss. I am very grateful to you all for your great performance I even understand that the client now regrets his bargaining and would like to give you some more money. I have never seen such enthusiasm, cheering and clapping and a standing ovation, you did it brilliantly; Guild and Wyre Drawers Company, who organized the Swiss Guilds visit to London for the Lord Mayors Show.

Misc – Sir John Mills 90th Birthday, Fashion Shows, Beauty Contests, Weddings, Funerals, Filming of commercial for British Airways Trans Atlantic Flights, Live Radio Concerts at Chelmsford Cathedral attended by Her Majesty The Queen.

Birthday….. The Trumpeters did much to enhance what turned out to be a most outstanding event….. The Fanfares brought a measure “dignity” to this special occasion. Greater London Fund for the Blind…. Sir John Mills CBE 90th Birthday.

December 2012……….Hi Roy, just wanted to send you a quick note to thank you so very much for your time you gave yesterday at Euston Station raising much needed money for our charity. I am stunned at the amount you raised which was £679.33 which is a huge amount £200 more than our street collection this year. I am so incredibly grateful and so wish I had been with you all. Constructors company – Lovely music throughout the evening which contributed to the success of the banquet. Post Horn Galop went down a storm yet again.
